CVify.me, operated by CV2go based in Oslo, Norway, offers digital products specifically tailored for immediate download and use. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not permissible once a CV has been generated or downloaded.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances if you can conclusively demonstrate:

  • The digital CV product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way.
  • Proof is provided to verify the absence of download or usage.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@cvify.me with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Transaction details and date of purchase
  • A clear explanation and evidence supporting your refund claim

Refund requests will be assessed individually and responded to within 7 business days.

Refund Decision

CVify.me reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 14 business days.

Non-eligible Situations

Refunds will explicitly not be granted in cases where:

  • The CV product has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • The user changed their mind after downloading or accessing the product.
  • Technical issues on the user’s end prevent successful use of the digital product.
